Personally read, never rushed
Every accepted message is personally read by the service operator. You choose whether you simply want to be heard, want help organising your thoughts, or want one gentle practical step to consider. The response is sent from hello@ruanglega.org within the stated 24–48 hour timeframe.
Clear limits protect everyone
Ruang Lega provides non-clinical emotional listening, reflection and general suggestions. It does not diagnose or treat a condition and does not create a doctor–patient or counsellor–client relationship. Read the service process, frequently asked questions and safety guidance before submitting.
Privacy is part of the design
The full message is kept in a protected owner inbox rather than placed in an ordinary email notification. Payment information is handled separately by ToyyibPay, and the message itself is not sent to ToyyibPay.
