How it works

One message. One thoughtful written response.

The process is deliberately simple. You check that the service is suitable, write at your own pace, pay RM5 securely and receive a personal reply by email.

1. Complete the safety check

The opening questions confirm that you are aged 18 or above and are not seeking help for an immediate danger. Urgent situations are redirected before payment.

2. Choose the response you want

Select “Just listen”, “Help me find clarity” or “Suggest one next step”. Then write what has been weighing on you in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.

3. Pay RM5 through ToyyibPay

ToyyibPay handles the payment. Your private message is not sent to the payment provider. The submission is accepted only after payment is confirmed.

4. Receive your reply

Your message appears in the protected owner inbox and is personally reviewed. One written response is sent to the email address you supplied, normally within 24–48 hours.

5. Decide your own next step

You remain in control of what you do next. If the concern needs professional or urgent attention, the response may encourage you to contact an appropriate qualified service. Review the FAQ or safety page if you are unsure whether Ruang Lega is suitable.
